We sure do Preston. The CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders w/ Top and Side Steps item # CE19503-2 you were looking at would use the Mounting Brackets for Trailer Fender - 13" to 15" Wheels item # CE26099GA. These are designed for 8" to 9" wide fenders so they'll work perfectly. Some drilling will be required for installation.
The CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders item # CE19503-2 are designed for 13" diameter wheels and measure 40-1/4" long x 10" wide x 11-1/4" tall. They're made of plastic and are sold as a pair.
