Hi Keith!

The Tie Down Plastic Fender for 13" to 15" Wheels - Black # TD86VR is sold as a single fender, so you would need to order a quantity of two if you are wanting one for each side. The closest we have that is a pair would be the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders w/ Top and Side Steps - Black Plastic - 14" Wheels - Qty 2 # CE19504-2, but they are a little smaller at 43-1/8" long x 11" wide x 12-1/2" tall (the # TD86VR measures 45" long x 13" wide x 11" tall).
