Most trailer tires, including wheel and tire combo Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM30850, have a speed rating of 65mph.

The only other option available that does have a higher speed rating (81mph) is Taskmaster 5.30R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # TT53012C which is just a replacement tire and does not come with a wheel. If you need the wheel also then you can use Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized Finish # AM20134. I attached demonstration videos for you.
