Is there a way to just replace the motor on the RAM 3500lb Capacity Electric A-Frame Jack or do we have to replace the entire thing if the motor is bad?

I have a replacement jack option for you, but unfortunately the motor for your RAM 3500lb A-Frame Electric trailer jack is not a replaceable part.

Instead you will need to replace the entire jack. The Electric Jack w/ Footplate - A-Frame - 25-1/8" Lift - 3.5K - Black # EJ-3520-BBX you were looking at would be the exact replacement.
