Replacement Coupler for Vintage 1958 Boat Trailer

Question:

I am trying to repair an old boat trailer that needs a new coupler. Id prefer a bolt on solution since moving the trailer to a shop to have some welding done is difficult. Ive attached some pictures that may help. Suggestions?

That is an extremely unique trailer setup that would require a channel style of coupler like the part # PSA200S0303 with the bracket part # BDAC3000300 which would get welded to the front of it.
