Looking to replace the original locks/opening latches on my Rocket Box. Do you carry the parts for that one?

I may have a solution for you to change the actual locks, but I don't believe there are going to be replacement parts available for that particular RocketBox. You can use the Lock Cores for Yakima Same Key System # Y07202 which includes 2 lock cores, 2 keys, and the control key to install the locks.
