Perfect fit to attach my ancient Thule Velo-Vise bike rack to new Yakima Jetstream bars. The Thule Xadapt 1 kit came with m6x25mm T-bolts, but I needed something longer. Thule's 35mm T-bolt has a fine thread and won't fit. E-Trailer support helped me find these, and they are a perfect fit. I don't know if I'm more thrilled with the parts that fit or with the help I got MacGyvering a solution so I could continue using my Velo-Vise.
Exactly what I need. As mentioned to the person I was talking to. I was hoping it would come in black however it won’t be a deal breaker if it’s not and hope they can post on details what the thread pitch is for the bolts.
My rhino rack appears well made but had several minor problems. Two screws were mis-manufactured so I bought replacements. The t bolts were just barely long enough to mount the rack on my Thule Aero crossbars and I stripped threads trying to install one of them so I bought 4 new ones that are about 3/16" longer.
The t bolt will work great for the kayak racks. Thank You.
