Though the part isn't vehicle-specific, your 2021 Ford F-450 Super Duty is compatible with the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit - 16" to 19-1/2" Dually # WM8001-135.

The reason why is that this kit is designed to work with 16", 16-1/2" and 19-1/2" dual wheels, and based on my research your '21 F-450 does have 19-1/2" wheels. I recommend verifying that just to be sure and if so you can absolutely use the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit # WM8001-135.
