These stainless-steel-wrapped hoses with a 135-degree bend take the hassle out of inflating and checking the air pressure of dual tires. Kit is designed for steel or aluminum rear wheels with wheel liners. Hardware included.

Specs:
Checking and maintaining proper tire pressure is important for ensuring a safe, smooth ride and maximizing fuel economy, but it can be a real pain with dually tires. The Wheel Masters inflation kit takes the hassle out of checking air pressure and inflating your dual tires.
Two hoses extend the valve stem location of the inner tires to the outer wheels. This means no more crawling around on the ground or blindly reaching for the valve stem on the inner tire. Two 135-degree hoses are also included to make it easier to access the valve stems of the outer tires. And the stainless steel wrapping on the hoses helps prevent them from cracking or leaking.

A truly quality product! Industrial grade, easy to install, and is a perfect fit for my class C 16-inch wheels! I give this product an A for quality and let me add an A++ for all of the employee support on this and many other products! From emails to instruction videos. Thank you to all for all of your help on this and many other products! You Rock!
Since installing, I have not had any problems with the tire valve extensions. Actually makes checking and inflating tires much easier.
Fairly easy to install. Had some difficulties with installing the riveted bracket to the center hub of my wheel simulator (hubcap) being stainless it’s very hard to drill with a 90 degree drill motor (not much room either). But the finished job looks good.
The only reason I did not give a 5 star review is I had to make a slight modification to the outter wheel hoses. On my 2017 Ford F-450, the 135-degree bend did not allow me to connect the hose to the existing valve stem. I used a vise and carefully adjusted the bend to approx 140 degrees on each hose and they worked fine. I also recommend you use longer pop rivets and use backers on them to ensure long term durability of the mount. Now, the the kit itself: I really like it. After install, I was able to check the tire pressure and easily inflate both sets of duals to the recommended 80 psi. With this kit, maintain proper air pressure is going to be much easier. I expect a long service life from this kit and I'm very happy with the purchase.
I have a 1997 Ford F-350 Ford Dually with wheel simulators. Can't check or add air to tires with the simulators. Saw your wheel masters inflation kit. I ordered the 135 degree kit. Broke the ends off the bent hoses trying to get them to fit thru the rim & simulator hole. Re-ordered the 90 degree WM8001 kit. Found out the hard way that the installer of my tires used 4" rubber valve stems. This kit works great if you use a 4" straight valve stem on the inside wheel and a 1 1/4" valve stem on the outside wheel (bolt thru wheel valve stem). The correct valve stems are the secret to making this kit work. Completed installing the kit today and am completely satisfied.
Just what I needed. Found this item at several vendors some less expensive but brought from etrailer due to their service and respond should I have an issue with the hoses.
The extensions screwed on easily, just had to fiddle with which way to orient the hoses so they fit through the wheel cover. Had to buy a right-angle drill adapter and some short drill bits to fit between the "rim" and center hub of the wheel cover to drill the L-bracket holes. Stainless steel is a bugger to drill compared to mild steel or aluminum, but the new drill bits helped. Only needed the 135° adapter hose for the outside rim because the inner rim had a easy to reach extension already installed by the factory. Should make checking tire pressure much easier, and with a "regular" gauge and air chuck instead of that 2-way chuck.
Installation was relatively easy. Initially I thought I may need to remove the outer wheel assembly to access the inner dually. I was able to squeeze my fat hand through and thread the hose on without much of a fight. The stiff hoses are a little tough to manipulate into place to determine where to mount the brackets. I opted to drill my decorative axle cover and pop rivet them in place. I did foul up on one bracket though. The instructions stated for my Ford to pop rivet from the inside. Obviously this is to give more surface area on the plastic cover. I drilled the last bracket holes without paying attention and one hole was too close to the lug attaching point. No way to get the rivet gun on that one. Had to install it from the outside. If it gives out I'll re-do it with a back up washer. Just pay attention when/if you drill yours. MAKE SURE OF YOUR CLEARANCE! So far I like these things!
We put these on our RV in 2020 and they have worked well. This purchase was to replace a hose that was leaking after 50,000 miles. Very satisfied with a multi year life
Makes checking air pressures very easy. Having a class B on a Sprinter chassis, the outside tires were extremely difficult to monitor...now easily handled. Not difficult to install.
This kit does not fit a 2025 F450 with stock wheels. The rear extension hose will fit but the 135 degree bend will not fit through the hole in the outer wheel. I had to go to a 180 degree solid extension for the outer wheel valve stem.

I appreciate that feedback and I am sorry to hear it did not work out for your setup. It sounds like you were able to find something that works. We will reach out shortly and help you out with a return.
We put these on our Ford E350 dually Shuttle bus. They work great! It’s been one year and we’re very happy.
We also bought a set of the large rubber spacers that go in the hole of the dually rim to hold the braided line.
Easy to check and fill dually tires. They do not leak either. Highly recommend!
These were exactly as described and feel like they are a well made item. So far (1yr) they have not leaked at all and I have had no issues with them but for one exception: After a couple thousand miles in hot summer driving and with RV tire pressures creeping up to 115psi while on the road, there is a thick black rubbery substance extruding out between the strands of the braided covering. If this is just cosmetic it's not big deal because it cleans off easily. I am concerned that it may be the rubber of the line inside the braided covering starting to break down and that could be dangerous.

I reached out to the manufacturer and they advised that with extreme heat it is possible that they are melting on the inside. However it would be the first time that they had heard about it happening. Would it be possible that oil ha gotten in or on the lines? Would you be able to send a picture of what you are seeing?

2016 F350 duallie.
This air valve extension kit solved my issue. It was a battle getting air into my inners through the stock stems. I bought different chucks and a couple worked... ok. OK doesn't cut it in the middle of winter in NH so I wanted a good solution.
This was it. Valves are right up front for easy access. Doesn't look half bad either.
You would think the downside is that there is no balancing valve like pricier units. I have to fill each tire individually. Not really a bad thing since I run the inners a little lower when the truck is empty, most of the time. Bump them up even with the outers when hauling. Couldn't do that with a balancing valve.

So a year later and etrailer reached out to me to update my review after a years use. Well, I havent thought about the kit much since I put it onto my duallie. I think that sums it up. They work. I dont have to visit with them except to make sure my pressures are where I want them and when I look at my wheels I like what I see. Good price, good kit, good results. Win.
Thanks for the help. Everything worked great.
Been on truck about a year.
Well made kit that just exactly what it claims to do—makes airing up the duals as easy as airing the steer tires.
It makes would *should* be an easy job actually easy.
Install was straightforward. No complaints and would/will buy again.
Although the product did not work as expected, etrailer was very helpful in contacting the manufacturer for support and allowing me to return the product for a full refund. The issues was that I had looked up the product based on a particular vehicle 2024 F450 Super Duty. The site indicated the valve stem extenders would work. They would not fit without resending the tubes as others had done. I was not comfortable bending the tubing as one slight move could kink the tubing and render them usable and no longer returnable. After talking with the manufacturer, they told me they would not work and that I needed a 180 degree bend vs the 135 I purchased. etrailer did not have the 189 degree listed on their website. The manufacturer was willing to sell to me directly, so I purchased the 189 degree valve stem extension direct from the manufacturer. I'm happy, I got something that works.

That's good to hear you were able to get this sorted out, Doug! I'm happy you found something that works too, and we appreciate your feedback as well!
Easy to install as long as you have a small right angle drill. I bought such a tool 20 years ago and have used it twice, back in 2004 on a 1997 Tioga and again this year installing this same dually inflation kit on the wheel covers of my 2016 Thor. Installation was basic, with just a little care to make sure the hoses lined up opposite of one another, and the brackets positioned the hoses with the right amount of slack and angle. Makes inflation (before every trip!!) a breeze, can't easily do it without this kit.

Been about a year since I installed the tire inflator kit and it is working perfectly, as advertised. Check tire pressure before every trip is a must and this kit makes it a breeze. Great access and no leaks!

The hose extension kit is exactly what I needed to replace my leaking ones. Delivery was timely and product was good quality.
Unfortunately the price was so much higher than previously paid. But crawling under my motor home is not something that I am capable of so this is the best option.
The hose inflation kit allowed me to install flow through sensors on the rear wheels of my motorhome. They would also make it easier to check pressure and add air. I had to borrow a right angle drill to be able to mount the right angle brackets on the hub. But once in place these work very well.
Installed to replace an existing set on an F53 chassis with 19.5” tires. Lengths of the extenders is perfect for these wheels. They have good stem seals as tires maintain pressure for many months. Only draw back is the routing puts them in contact with wheel simulator cutouts which over many miles will start to cut into the metal sleeve. This was the reason I decided to replace the original set.
Good product. Works with TireMinder i10. Attaching bracket to the center hub required a small right angle drill attachment.

These extensions have been very good. The pop rivets that hold the bracket to the center hub didn’t last. Easy fix to replace.
After installing it is so much better to inflate my tires
Comparison to lessor priced option thru Amazon, there is a very clear difference in the construction of these extenders .. thicker protective wrap, solid connections .. key elements to ensure that they last. This is an upgrade to the first set (from a different online retailer) that failed. Only time will tell once the miles accumulate on MBS Class-C RV, but I feel more confidence just from their construction ..
Good Product. Due to relationship between the steel wheel & the stainless steel wheel liner, the angled pieces required additional bending, carefully to allow clearance through the vent. Other than that, installation was straight forward.

The Tire Inflaters continue to perform well, though one of the braided lines leaked and had to replaced. I still recommend them because of the ease of maintaining the inflation.
