We have not had a chance to install the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs # C60722 in a 1999 Ford F-150 or F-250 light duty, but Curt mentions that the install time is roughly 3 Hours which is due in part to the rails not requiring any drilling into the frame of your truck as they are designed specifically for your truck and use existing mounting holes.
