Do you offer a 1 1/4” receiver hitch for a 2015 RAV4? If so do you also offer the wiring kit?

Yes. There is a Class II hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver available for the 2015 RAV4 with the Curt # C12108 and the wiring harness I recommend using is the Tekonsha # 118578; Tekonsha harnesses have extremely reliable converter boxes and will do a great job for you.

You'll also need a ball mount, hitch ball, hitch pin and clip. For the ball mount I recommend using the Curt Class II Drawbar - 3/4" Rise, 1-1/4" Drop - 6-3/4" Long - 3,500 lbs # C45518, which needs a hitch ball with a 3/4" shank diameter. For a 1-7/8" hitch ball you'll want to use the # C40001 and for the 2" ball you'll want the # C40018. For a hitch pin and clip you can use the # F-4.
