Troubleshooting Lippert Smart Jack that Clicks Instead of Raise/Lower

Question:
Battery shows full strength. All lights are on. Often only clicks when ing up or down. Intermittent functioning. Sometime works but not always. Only 2 years old.

It's probably a weak ground. What I would recommend trying is making sure that the main ground wire of the trailer wiring is connected to a clean metal surface on the trailer frame since the Lippert jack part # LC643589 grounds through the mounting hardware.
