Troubleshooting a Lippert Smart Jack that Won't Go up or Down

Question:
My lippert smart jack lights are on but it wont go up or down.

Expert Reply:
This has actually come up before and Lippert has told us this happens when the jack gets over extended. They recommend that you disconnect the jack form the power source and manually operate the jack. At this point, you'll need to reconnect the jack to power and see if it works again.
