The B&W Companion Hitch # BWRVK3370 is a complete sliding hitch that is designed to fit in the Ford OEM prep package. The Replacement Slider Base for B&W OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Ford Towing Prep Package - 20K # BWRVB3370 is just the base of the hitch without the head and is used if you already have a Companion hitch and have switched from maybe a Chevy truck with the prep package to a Ford with the OEM prep package; it's just designed so that you don't have to buy a completely new hitch and can just swap the head over.
Both of these can be used on a 2020 Ford F-250 with the OEM Prep package.
