I have a solution for you to add a hitch with a hidden cross tube on your 2017 Toyota RAV4, but the Draw-Tite hitch you were looking at is not a confirmed fit on your vehicle. The best solution for a hidden style hitch is the EcoHitch # 306-X7219, which will mount completely behind your bumper and leave only the hitch receiver visible. It sits up a little higher and installs a bit differently than the other available hitches with concealed cross tubes, so it's going to do a much better job of keeping your RAV4 looking clean. This hitch has a 2" receiver to give you the best available selection of hitch mounted accessories and a stronger solution for towing.
