I have a trailer hitch part # e52AR what type of bolts are required and how many for installation on 2019 Ford Flex? Thanks

The Draw-Tite # 75679 uses 4 Hex Bolt M12 x 1.75 x 40mm CL8.8 and 4 Conical Toothed Washers 1/2”. You can get a replacement hardware kit by putting that hitch part number in the field for "Hitch Item Number" on the part page for # RHK.
