Love the hitch. Does a great job.
The product was basically easy to install. Would recommend some help with the tow hitch installation; lifing the tow hitch and lining up the bolts is difficult to do by myself. The Videos on the etailer website made installation easy to understand.
The hitch was well designed and easy to install. I can't speak of towing durability as we have just used it to mount a bike rack, which it holds well.
This hitch was a perfect fit and was easy to install, partly because the instructions were easy to follow. The hitch is snug to the bumper. I towed trailer with a motorcycle on it, as well as a trailer full of furniture. No issues with either haul.
Solid product but local shop charged me $150 to install. Should have asked around.
The product was well built and appeared strong! So far it has held up great. The ease of installation & video instruction available made it a simple task. The product works well, and it was easy to install. The hardest part was getting the factory bolts loose, as I had to summon the strength of Hercules to get them off my car. Once that was done, everything else was a breeze I use this hitch for a bike rack, and it's perfectly adequate. The one complaint I have is the packaging was inadequate. The part arrived damaged (paint removed). I do like that you guys made it right and gave me a discount for the rework I had to do (paint touch up).
Put the hitch on a 2014 Ford Flex and it was a 15 minute job. Fit perfectly and looks great. Etrailer has always been quick when we have ordered from them. Happy customer here.
Well made hitch BUT install is difficult if you can't raise/lift the rear of the car 2 feet or so. You need the clearance to slide the hitch up and over the mufflers that are lowered for the installation

No problems. Have used the hitch several times up to the 2500 lb max of my SUV.
Went on very easily, the ford flex was a little difficult to get at the screws even with a car lift, but once we got them off it went smooth.
Perfect fit, easy to install, great pri ce.

Easy installation and great quality.
Hitch fits perfectly. Easy to install in about 10 minutes. Dropping the exhaust and reinstalling it took about double the time. Did it by myself with a good set of ramps and a floor jack.
Shipped quickly. Assembly a bit more complex than anticipated and definitely took longer. But very safe and held up well on a 2600 mile drive across country.

It has been amazing. In fact we just went on out first camping trip this year towing our trailer. I would recommend this tow hitch to everyone.
Very easy to install… once I was able to get one of the bolts off of my car.
Seriously, I have a ford flex and got 3/4 of the exhaust bolts off of my car. The 4th was seized and stuck and Sheered off! It took me many many hours to grind it out. I ended up using glass cutting drill bits.
After that it only took <1 hour to install the hitch and it has worked perfectly ever since.

Hasn’t fallen off yet! I’ve pulled our 3000lbs camper trailer + clothes and bikes and camping stuff and it didn’t show any signs of coming off. It’s a solid product and I would buy another
