i am looking to find a replacement center mast with ratcheting hooks for two bikes that i can buy to build my own electric bike carrier on cargo carrier.i found it once,but now no luck! not sure.Thank you.

I wouldn't have much advice on retrofitting but we do offer replacement upright masts and replacement ratcheting hooks for said mast for certain carriers. The Replacement Upright Ratchet Assembly part # SP530 with Replacement Locking Long and Short Hooks part # SP428 could be a suitable option for your needs.
