I am upgrading a bike rack that has a 2 inch main horizontal bar. will this upright fit on the 2 inch main bar? where the strap mounts are in this picture. Picture wont load. It is a Harbor Freight motorcycle carrier #HAUL-MASTER400 lb. Receiver-Mount Aluminum Motorcycle Carrier SKU: 62837

The Replacement Upright Ratchet Assembly # SP530 you found is specific to the Swagman Chinook Bike Rack # S64683. It bolts onto the 2" Main Assembly # SC1001 portion of the rack. As this bolts to steel and your Harbor Freight is manufactured of aluminum it may not be strong enough to properly support the upright.
