This product is perfect for carrying long wheelbase recumbent bicycles. Very easy to use. Wouldn't mind having a higher weight rating.

Looks like the rack's working pretty well for you! You'll want to ensure that bike's wheelbase isn't greater than 66 inches (measured axle bolt to axle bolt).

We purchased the bike rack which came with the ratcheting hooks. The bike rack is awesome BTW. In the packing and moving, somehow the hooks have disappeared. The hooks are great and we also have the softride straps for added security.
I would like a return label as this does not suit my needs and is incompatible.

The buttons on these stick sometimes, but my last set did the same thing. Other wise these work great.

I haul my bike once or twice a week and the hooks continue to cinch like new. A year later, stand by my 5 star rating.
Replacement for a left behind bike rack part - as with the original purchase, this follow-up mirrored prior excellent service, good product and fairly priced.
Order was as described. And everything arrived on time, with great customer service
All I ordered were replacement hooks for my Swagman cycle rack. (I forgot to bring my hooks from home to Florida.)
Swagman makes a great product and their replacement parts are also great.
...but etrailer is the star. Great people to deal with. They had the parts in stock and they processed and delivered them promptly. They also were the low bidder for these parts. My hat is off to them for a good job running their business with customer satisfaction as a main target.

Replacing lost hooks on our bike rack. Working just fine.
I ordered some replacement tie down clamps and the order came within a few days and the parts fit perfectly.

Perfect replacement for the factory hooks on my Swagman RV bike rack!!
Worked like a charm…I welded brackets to the frame. Very easy. They hold the e-bikes in place on the road!!!

I made the mistake of buying a bike rack from amazon and the hooks had to be screwed down which didn't work well and they bumped into each other only allowing 1 bike to be locked down. The Ratcheting Hook Set for Swagman XTC and XC and Upright Ratcheting Bar for Swagman XTC2 Bike Carrier were the prefect fix. They lock my bikes down securely and make getting the bikes on and off easy and fast. They came at a very good price as well.
