Question:

I am considering purchasing the Air Lifter LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs Item # AL57230 for my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Quad Cab 4x4. I have 2" rear block lift on my truck. Is this product compatible with the 2" lift? Thank you in advance!

It depends on how much lift your block actually provides. On its own, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 # AL57230 can handle about an inch of lift. If the lift is more than that, you would need the 2" spacer # AL52420.

To make sure, you can do some measuring on your truck. I attached a diagram below to guide you as you measure. You will need to measure the total distance between the mounting surfaces, and subtract that by 5-1/2", which is the air spring design height (A) for these air bags.
