Question:
looking to talk to a tech about truck camper tie downs for 2018 tacoma, frame mounted

Expert Reply:
There is one available solution for frame mounted truck camper tie-downs on your 2018 Toyota Tacoma as long as your truck doesn't have the aftermarket Mopar rear-mounted kick out steps that are mounted under the bumper.
If you don't have that rear-mounted kick out step then you can use the TorkLift Camper Tie Downs # TLT2303 (front) and # TLT3307 (rear). The inserts slide into frame-mounted brackets when being used and easily remove for a clean, unobtrusive look when you don't have your truck bed camper installed. These tie downs are made from powder coated steel to help fight corrosion, and they come with all of the hardware needed for installation.
I've linked review videos of these two tie downs for you to check out.
