Features to know about

Stable Handling on Long Trips: Frame-Mounted Tie-Downs

These rear frame-mounted tie-downs keep your camper stable and secure, even on cross-country trips. By attaching directly to the truck’s frame—the most rigid part of the vehicle—they spread weight evenly and lower the camper’s center of gravity. The result is a safer, more comfortable ride with less sway and better handling in strong winds or rough terrain.

Install Without Drilling: Custom-Fit Design

These tie-downs bolt onto existing holes in your frame, so installation takes little to no drilling and no cutting or modifications. The custom fit means the brackets sit tight to the frame with minimal loss of ground clearance, giving you a cleaner underside and fewer hang-ups when driving off-road or over uneven ground.

Keep It Looking Clean: Removable Arms

Once your camper’s off, you can remove the arms from the brackets so they’re almost invisible beneath the truck. The low-profile design keeps your vehicle looking clean without bulky hardware sticking out. When it’s time to load up again, the arms slide back into place for quick use.

Built Strong for Years of Use: Powder-Coated Steel

Made of black powder-coated steel, these tie-downs resist corrosion from weather and road salt. The heavy-duty construction holds up to long hauls and rough conditions without bending or rusting, giving you confidence that your camper will stay locked down trip after trip.

Secure Connection Options: Adjustable Anchor Points

Each arm includes two pin holes so you can extend them for extra clearance around sidewalls or fenders. Two anchor holes on the attachment plate let you fine-tune your turnbuckle angle for a tight, balanced hold that keeps your camper from shifting as you drive.

No 2022 offered so I ordered 2021 and they fit fine, tuck under body nicely…
by:
Had to drill and extra hole and made a few modifications to the rear bumper but it is all going well.
by:
Well fabricated but the paint of them is trash. They are rusting after less than a year. For the price they really should be powder coated to provide a more durable finish.

First, Andy was great to work with and very helpful.
I bought and installed the frame mounted Torklift camper mounts on my 2021 GMC 2500HD Sierra Denali and I’m very pleased with them, they’re stout. As long as you’re mechanically inclined and can follow instructions you should be able to install them yourself without assistance.

Install looks great, Robert! Do you already have your camper ready to go for an adventure?

These tiedowns were exactly as advertised and fit my 2023 f350 4wd crew cab perfectly using preexisting holes and mounts. They even came with wire feeders to feed the bolts through the holes on the frame. Instructions were very good and easy to follow. Can adjust the width of tie down and can also drill new holes to customize the width. I highly recommend these.

These tie downs are sill working as advertised. I have travelled over 20,000 mi with them in various conditions with about 10 of that time in dirt roads or 4wd roads. Nothing too crazy, but with my camper and these tied downs I am confident that the camper will remain attached and be secure. It hardly moves around at all. They are worth the money and I can still remember how easily they installedvery welll thought out design and installation!

I have a 2024 ram 3500 dually stock max tow package.
I figured I’d put pictures up that are of top quality and lighting as most instructions on trailer a vague and generic.
This product fit perfectly and it went on in 15 mins for both sides. ( no rusty bolts to mess with though)
Attached are photos of before and after install and bolt placement.

Product was refurbished but sold as new.
Once again etrailer.com prefer to sponsor a YouTube channel the literally insult viewers (BTBRV) than be honest and sell new parts (as advertised)
by:
great fit, works great, strong parts, works perfect! etrailer was excellent in making sure I received the correct parts. I highly recommend etrailer, if in doubt, call them, don't try and wing it, they will set you up with the correct parts! I will use etrailer again!
by:
Torklift makes a quality product. This is easy to install. Just watch the etrailer video.

For the 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 6 1/2 foot bed no running boards, Driver’s side bracket does not lineup. It is off by an eighth of an inch or so. Passenger side is fine.

Potentially my truck bed is not the same size or there was an issue with the piece I received. Other than that bolted together very easy to the frame.

As soon as I ordered it e trailer people went right to work and got this order moving. Awesome

Product is working great , what is fantastic is the engineering for the fit to the vehicle and the tools they give you to fish and hold bolts where they need to be during installation. Great thought process for instruction for installation.

by:
Would be 5-star if packaged properly to protect the paint from getting beat up in transport. The product itself is great and fits perfectly. Easy to install.
by:
I have been very happy with these tie-downs. They are VERY easy to install, require no drilling or modification to the hitch and hide away nicely when the inserts are removed. ~9,000 miles with our camper so far and no issues. These are on a 23 F250 PowerStroke short bed.

Yay! Thats what we want to hear! Where all did you get to go in those 9,000 miles?

by:
My brother installed these and he used air tools. The brackets fit perfectly. The instructions were thorough. They bolted right in and the only delay was the disconnect/reconnect of the e-brake cable to install the driver's side bracket (2019 RAM 3500). After all the parts were laid out, he installed all 4 brackets in an hour.
He commented many times on the weight, high quality and PERFECT FIT of these brackets. These are worth the price and made in the USA.

Awesome product! I purchased TorkLift camper tiedowns (both front and rear) for my 2015 Ford F-350. Installation instructions were easy to follow (pictures were a big help) and the "no drill" made it simple. Tiedowns were extremely solid as the fronts bolted to the leaf spring bracket and the rear to the factory hitch. I highly recommend this product.

The best system one can buy for worry free travel. Etrailer communication has been superb.
by:
I installed the tie downs last night. I had help from my wife, they were reasonably easy to install. Everything went on just fine. No drilling or any difficulty with fit. My only difficulty was I got two bolts that had a different thread pitch than the nuts. No problem, went to the local hardware store and got what I needed. All good! I think the tie downs are made very strong. I really like them. Thanks E-trailer! Great product and great customer service. When in need of ..... I will purchase from E-Trailer again. Sincerely David C. Pennsylvania

I bought this when my previous belly bar and rear tie-down bent badly when our truck slid off the road into a steep ditch and our camper nearly tipped sideways off our truck. This product is a bit better then my old set up, but I expected something much better for this very high price. It wasn't too tough to install, despite the poorly written instructions. Also, the kit did not include a bolt fisher for the 7/16 bolt. The bolt fisher supplied was for a 1/2 inch bolt. Fortunately I had the correct bolt fisher from a previous project. I am also disappointed that the tie down hole has a slot cut in it which seems would significantly weaken it. I am not optimistic that the tie-down point will not bend or break if we have a similar significant side load such as when we slid into the ditch. I will probably weld the slot in the tie-down point shut to strengthen it.

They are starting to rust significantly. That is very disappoint considering the very high cost of these. It is interesting that they dont allow pictures of the product for this update.

by:
The package arrived very quickly and intact. I have a 2020 Ford F250 SD Lariat short bed with a factory hitch. The tie-downs were really easy to install although the hitch adapter plate (see attached photo) which is supposed to attach to the end of the tie-down would not fit inside the tubing on my factory installed hitch so I installed without it and it is tight and snug

Thank you for your photo. Torklift does recommend to use the hitch adapter for the 2020 Ford F-250. The adapter does need to be turn horizontally to fit inside the hitch not vertically.

by:
They installed pretty easy. However the business end twists in the receiver when put under tension. I’m disappointed that it’s not a tight fit especially for what they cost.
by:
I received my forklift truck mounts and installed the front mounts. Not too challenging but if you watch the video of the install it makes it a little easier. When I went to install the rear mounts I discovered they weren’t the correct ones. I contacted Ryan at E-Trailer and she sent out the correct ones immediately. I received them in a couple days, installed them and all is well. Thank you for the quick service Ryan!

  • Are Brophy Truck Camper Tie-Downs Compatible With 2019 Toyota Tacoma?
While the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs, # HSBP are not confirmed to fit the Toyota Tacoma due to the construction/material of truck bed, we do have an option that works for most slide-in truck campers. I suggest the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs, for a 2019 year model, use: - Front Tie-Down, # TLT2303 - Rear, Tie Down, # TLT3307 This frame-mounted design ensures excellent handling in securing the truck camper to truck's base instead of its bed; this better distributes...

  • Recommended Frame Mounted Truck Camper Tie Downs for 2018 Toyota Tacoma
There is one available solution for frame mounted truck camper tie-downs on your 2018 Toyota Tacoma as long as your truck doesn't have the aftermarket Mopar rear-mounted kick out steps that are mounted under the bumper. If you don't have that rear-mounted kick out step then you can use the TorkLift Camper Tie Downs # TLT2303 (front) and # TLT3307 (rear). The inserts slide into frame-mounted brackets when being used and easily remove for a clean, unobtrusive look when you don't have your...

  • Recommended Camper Tiedowns For A 2020 Toyota Tacoma Short Bed Double Cab
To secure your Pheonix slide in camper to your 2020 Toyota Tacoma you first need to have TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Front Item # TLT2303 and TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear Item # TLT3307 to attach the turnbuckles to. For your turnbuckles I recommend TorkLift AnchorGuard Turnbuckles Item # TLS9013. These will not impede the use of the second door on the vehicle. The frame mounted tiedowns secure under the bed of the truck not the cab.
