We carry the # AS6000F spindle as part # TRU67FR. The spindle and the # 42655UC1 hub you mentioned aren't compatible.
If you wanted to use the # TRU67FR (AS6000F) spindle, you'd need to use the compatible hub which is part
# AH60880FCOMP. This is an agricultural hub which isn't meant for higher speed road use, and has an 8 on 8 bolt pattern which is pretty much relegated to farm equipment.
If you need a spindle that's compatible with the # 42655UC1 hub, which has a more commonly used for trailers 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern and is usable on the road, you'd want to use the # TRU57FR spindle.
