Question:
Are there any 15 trailer tires you carry or know of that are F or G rated? I have 225/75/15 now. I have a dual axle toy hauler, and load it with a side-by-side. I want a tire that can handle the load and trailer safely.

I may have another option for you, but 225/75/15 trailer tires usually only have a load rating up to E. Another thing to keep in mind is the load rating is as high as the weakest components. If your tires have a 3000lb load rating but your wheels are only rated to 2500lbs you will be limited to 2500lbs.
To be able to find heavier duty tires much easier I recommend stepping up to a 16" wheel and using a tire like the Westlake ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range G # WE76FR. This tire will be just under 1/2" wider than your current 225/75/15 tires on your trailer, and will be about 2-1/2" taller. The # WE76FR has a load rating of 4080lbs at 110 PSI which would be plenty for your tires.
You will need to make sure you have enough clearance between the inside edge of the tire and trailer frame, and top of the tire and bottom of the fender. The general rule of thumb is 1"-2" from the inside edge of the tire to frame, and 3"-4" from the top of the tire to the bottom of the fender.
Since the ST235/75R16 is less than 1/2" wider, you shouldn't have issues in that regard, but the 2-1/2" increase in overall height may cause an issue with fenders. You could use an over-under kit like the # K71-385-00 to move your axle underneath the springs if they are not already like that. This would lift the trailer by the same amount of the diameter of the axle plus the height of the leaf spring pack. The # K71-385-00 is designed for a 3" diameter axle so you would need to verify this before ordering.
Lastly you would need a heavy duty 16" wheel, but that will be dependent on the bolt pattern of your current hubs. I included a helpful article that goes over how to measure your bolt pattern, and a link to all of our 16" trailer wheels for you.
I included a video review for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
