Question:
There are two size options for a 2013 Lexus RX 350. The 50 inch and a 58 inch. Which is best for that vehicle? I’m assuming the 50 inch will fit with very little overhang. Is that correct? If so, I would assume they would be about 4 to 5 inches on each side with the 58 inch. I have Factory side raised rails that run front to back. Thanks.

There are several roof rack options that will fit your 2013 Lexus RX 350 with factory rails. The Malone Air Flow 2 Universal Roof Rack for Elevated, Factory Side Rails - Aero Style Load Bars - 50" Long # MPG215 that you mentioned is an excellent choice. Being 50" long, these will not hang over your factory roof rails more than an inch or two. To determine exact overhang, measure 50" wide across your roof and that will give you an idea of where the # MPG215 will be mounted. The 58" version # MPG216 will definitely have more overhang. I recommend going with the 50" crossbars because there will not be much overhang. You may want the 58" crossbars because it will give you 8 more inches of usable length for accessories, however, you will have much more of the bars hanging over the factory rails and it may look strange. It really comes down to preference at this point.
Both crossbars come with a T-slot channel to easily mount accessories. They come with locking towers which will secure your roof rack to the the vehicle's roof. Installation is simple and requires no drilling or power tools. I have attached an installation video for these kits; I have also attached a link to the various roof racks that fit your 2013 Lexus RX 350.
