Currently ground tow out 2017 Jeep Wrangler JKU via roadmaster baseplate. Would like to upgrade front bumper to Rugged Ridge HD Stubby 11540.32. Is it possible and safe to tow from this unit? If so, what adapters would be needed? Thank you,

I checked out the Rugged Ridge HD Stubby bumper you are considering and what you could do to flat tow with it is use a D-Ring bumper mount like the part # RM-035-1 for if the D-Rings were 1 inch thick or the # RM-035 for if they are 3/4 inch thick as a base plate kit solution.
