will this cable connector fit into my female backup camera cable, if not which one do you recommend.

Assuming that you've got an RVS (or similar) backup camera that connects to a monitor via RCA cables and has a plug with a 5 pin female plug then the # RVS-RCA5-M will work for you. I've linked a photo of what this 5 pin plug looks like for you to reference to your female plug.
If you've got a different system than the RVS, or your plug looks different and can provide a photo just let me know and I can see if we have something compatible.
