Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this replacement gear motor assembly for the Lippert Component's Power Gear Slide Outs. This part will replace the gear motor assembly on your Lippert Component's Power Gear Slide Out, and it is a replacement motor for use with the Kwikee Slide Out Systems. It is designed to mount between the slide out rails. It is 12 volt DC power.

You can see it has a two wire connection right here. It's a dual shaft design and a center drive. But that should do it for the review on the replacement gear motor assembly for the Lippert Component Power Gear Slide Out.

Finally got the gear motor, but a week late. I DO NOT recommend the USPS for any shipment that you want in a timely manner... but having said that, etrailer.com was great for the ordering and timely shipping out, and for taking my calls... several times about my shipment not arriving when they said it would.

Could not have asked for more! Pat verified with manufacturers of the correct part while I was on hold and the price was lower than the other vendors I had been in contact with. Determining The Correct Replacement Slide Out Motor For A 1999 National Sea View Motorhome
There unfortunately isn't a guide to tell us what slide out motor was used in your motorhome so you'll have to get to the motor and get a picture of it's serial numbers so that we can determine the correct replacement. With the slide extended out you'll be able to get under and see the motor attached to the room bar. You may have to unmount the motor in order to see the ID stickers (examples posted below). Before replacing it I recommend checking the power wire with a multimeter # PT89ZR...

Could Replacement Gear Motor part # LC386480 Fit 2002 Fleetwood Southwind
If the motor you found on your 2002 Fleetwood Southwind 35r has the number 386480 like I believe is what you said then yes, the part # LC386480 is the correct replacement. If you are not sure what you have you'd have to check and see what yours says since we don't have a way to look up what you may have just based on the motorhome info.
