Question:
Im considering upgrading my 15x6 wheels to 16x6... is that generally a non-issue like in automobiles? I understand you have to have same width and pilot hole size, but mating to the axle, there shouldnt be an issue correct?

When upgrading your wheels to a bigger size it is crucial to make sure the bolt pattern in the same on the new wheels compared to the old wheels. To measure the lug pattern measure between the lug nuts and count how many lug nuts you have to make sure you order the correct wheels. Kenda Karrier # AM32743B is one of the most common 16x6 inch wheel and tire combos. Another common problem when going with a bigger wheel and tire is going to be lack of clearance in the wheel wells. You need at least three to four inches of clearance between the top of the tire and the fender and at least one to two inches between the sidewall of the tire and any trailer component. The overall dimensions of the Kenda tire is 31.7 inches tall and 9.3 inches wide. You can use those dimensions to help determine if they fit your trailer.
