Do you have a 16 dually wheel with coin in coin out application?

We were not familiar with the term "coin in coin out" but are guessing that you mean the wheel can be used as an outer or inner wheel.

If so we have the Dexstar # AM20783 16" Dual Wheel. Steen wheel with 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern and 4.75" pilot hole, powder coated white on a hub piloted design using Dexter Axle # 95188 flange wheel nuts.

Select # AM20783 for white finish with 4.88" pilot.

If you need a different wheel spec' just email me back with the details.
