I have an old Thule swing 4 bikes car rack my car hitch is 2”. The hitch pin is M12x1.75. I would like to buy this pinlooks safer and easy to connect. My question is if the pin is M12x1.75. Thanks.

Yes, the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device part # THSTL2 is a M12x1.75". It's the same pin used for all Thule hitch mount bike racks.

The correct replacement key would be the part #THLOCKN188 that you referenced. We have spoken with Thule before about the keys that end in R before and they state the replacement keys we offer that don't end in R will still work.
