The bolt was the wrong size (too narrow) for my model of swing daddy but still secured it from rattling once the insert was tightened all the way. Found a keyed lock that fit instead of the cotter pin. Happy with outcome.

Customer service did an excellent job of recovering the missing order but just a note. You should of notified us right away when we originally placed the order for delivery in Canada that you did not ship to Canada , web site origianlly took our address in Canada and it was expected to arrive there.

I'm sorry that happened, Scott. The vast majority of the products we offer CAN indeed be shipped to Canada, but there are a few exceptions. Yakima being one of them due to our vendor agreement with them.

A perfect, necessary upgrade to extend the life of a great rack.

Fit perfectly in the 2" to 1-1/4" hitch reducer I have on my jeep. I need the extra extension for a bike rack to clear the rear tire. I had guessed I would need to modify the black plastic main body to get it to fit, but worked no problems. Eliminated the wobble I had in the bike rack, everything nice and secure now. I think all those reducers are the same wall thickness, so should be good for anyone else with that application.

I'm sorry to hear the replacement Anti-Rattle Insert isn't working for you. What model of bike rack are you needing it for? Yakima has a few different ones depending on what model you have, let me know and I can look into this for you.
