My wife just bought me this Ohio State hitch cover for my 2011 Ford F-150. It is loose in the hitch and rattles a lot. Is there anything that can be done for it?

THE Ohio State University Hitch Cover # AMG100406 you are using on your 2011 Ford F-150 should have come with a foam gasket that would fit around the base of the cover on the back that would help prevent rattling while driving.
If you have that gasket and need something more to prevent additional rattling, I recommend the Let's Go # 63232 anti-rattle hitch lock.
