Matching trailer height makes a world of difference when you’re towing heavy loads. This adjustable mount gives you a maximum drop of 4-1/4" and a rise of 4-3/4", so you can line up your trailer level whether it’s a camper, boat, or equipment hauler. The channel has three mounting positions spaced 2" apart, letting you fine-tune the height for a smooth, even ride every time.
Big trailers demand serious hardware, and this mount delivers. With the 2-5/16" ball it’s rated for 14,000 lbs gross towing weight, or 10,000 lbs when using the 2" ball. The maximum tongue weight capacity is 2,000 lbs. The thick steel construction—5/16" channel plates with a 1/2" welded gusset—keeps it strong and stable under heavy loads so you can tow without worry.
This isn’t lightweight gear—it’s built to last. The solid steel shank and welded ball platform stand up to daily towing and rough conditions. A matte black powder coat finish resists corrosion from salt and road grime, while the nickel undercoat with zinc topcoat on the pins and clips adds extra protection from rust. Everything about it is made for strength and durability over the long haul.
If you tow more than one trailer, switching between coupler sizes is quick and easy. The two welded hitch balls—2" and 2-5/16"—let you handle different trailers without extra tools. Just pull the pins, flip the ball platform, reinsert the pins, and you’re ready to go again. It works the same way in either the drop or rise position, keeping your setup flexible without adding complexity.
Sometimes tailgate clearance or jack placement gets tight. This mount gives you more breathing room with up to 12-3/8" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the hitch ball. That extra length helps avoid contact when dropping your tailgate or turning near a front jack or coupler, keeping your gear safe and easy to access.

These hitches work well for our trucks. Mud, snow, and de-icer applied by the road departments has been tough on the powder coating. However, I don't think there's such a thing as a finish that can withstand that kind of abuse.
Superior hitch, I'm 3 units in & will purchase more for our Fleet. They weren't kidding with the name 'Bulletproof'!

I use 5 trailers that needs 2 different settings.Etrailer had just what I needed at a good price. The Demco coupler was back ordered but I was notified and the bill was adjusted. Also had a great selection of everything trailer..
I loved this hitch because it is adjustable and solid, and Im able to take apart easily and store in a small tool box to store in my mini truck.
I love this hitch! It gave me exactly the lift I needed for my horse trailer and it’s simple and easy to switch ball sizes.
I've been using this for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with it! It's well made (in the USA!), rugged, and easy to use. As long as you get one with enough adjustability for your truck(s), it's the last ball and mount you'll ever need to buy.

Great hitch!!
Fantastic experience. Fast shipping Great follow up and customer service. Bought this to tow my "new to me" boat that has a combined weight of almost 10,000 lbs. Tow other trailers and such too so the dual balls and adjustable height make this a perfect solution for me. Not my first order from etrailer either. Always great.

Welds look good. Powder coat is already scarring after 1st insert into a brand new receiver. Only 2 pins in the box, so I am forced to buy another since my receiver is brand new. I imagine it will work as a hitch should. Disappointed about the powder coat.
Excellent quality and strength. Went on with ease. Don't forget a hitch pin if you didn't have one already!
