hello. I received wiring kit Curt brand #56419 for my 2020 trax, from you but the pigtails are different than mine. I suspect i gave the wrong information about my car. I have an LS, which uses an 8 point rectangular socket, but what I received was a 6 point square socket. May I return it? If so, how? thanks for your help.

We can definitely get you the correct vehicle wiring harness.
The Curt T-Connector # C43FR you have is for the LT and Premier Models of the Chevrolet Trax. The Tekonsha T-One # 118751 you were looking at is for an LT or Premier Model as well.
Since your 2020 Chevrolet Trax is an LS Model you will need to the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118659.
I included a video of the Tekonsha T-One # 118659 being installed on a 2020 Chevrolet Trax and a picture of the Tekonsha T-One # 118659 showing the correct 8 pin connector for you to take a look at.
