I had our warehouse measure the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-2-G-EZ-2K for you and it is 4 1/8" from the outside of the inner bearing to the outside of the outer bearing. I included a diagram of this measurement for you to take a look at.
You will want to confirm that your spindles use a # L44649 inner and outer wheel bearing, and a # 10-9 grease seal to make sure this hub will fit correctly.
There are two ways to identify the bearings your spindle uses. Wheel bearings are stamped with the part number so the easiest way to determine the correct bearings is to pull them off of your spindle and read the numbers on them.
The other way is to measure your spindle where the bearing sits with a set of digital calipers like # PTW80157 since you will an exact measurement. The # L44649 bearings are for a spindle that measures 1.063" and the grease seal # 10-9 measures 1.50" inner diameter. The attached diagram will show you how to proper measure your spindle.
If you find that your spindles use a different bearing and you can provide me the bearing number or spindle measurements I would be happy to recommend the correct spindle for you.
