Is the Swagman XTC-2 2-Bike Platform Rack Class I Compatible

On Swagmans website they list the Swagman XTC2 as requiring a Class II Hitch. However, on your site its listed as also fitting a Class I hitch. I have a 2012 Chevy Cruze with a Class I Hitch from Drawtite Code 24882. Will this bike rack work with my hitch? Thanks!
