Hello, just wondering if e75ZR hitch will interfere with 2020 Highlanders foot sensor under the trunk. Thanks

I confirmed that the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT84MR will still allow you to use the lift gate foot sensor on your 2020 Toyota Highlander.

With the Draw-Tite # DT84MR installed you will need to move your foot to either side of the trailer hitch receiver and move your foot in and out until you find the sweet spot for the sensor to pick up your foot.
