How Does Trailer with Oil Bath Hub Convert to Grease

I have a 2004 ranger tandem axle with the cool oil bath hubs, Im wanting to convert to greasable hubs. It does have a breaking axle. Is there a kit or can you help me find what im needing.

To convert an oil-bath hub to a grease hub all you really have to do is is remove the oil from the hub and replace it with grease like the LMX Red grease # L11390. The cap, seal, and bearings you have now are perfectly compatible with grease.
