In order to find the correct bearings for your 2007 Featherlite trailer, you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use digital caliper and measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.
In regard to brakes, you didn't mention if you have electric drum brakes, hydraulic drum brakes, or hydraulic disc brakes. For each you need to know the weight capacity you require, while for drum brakes you need to know the depth and diameter of your drum, while for disc brakes you need the wheel bolt pattern of your hub.
I've also added a link to a help article on common bearing sizes, as well as a link to a help article on finding your wheel bolt pattern, and our available bearing kits and brakes.
