Features to know about

Keeps Your Setup Rock Solid: 24" Lift with 7,500-lb Support Capacity per Jack

Nothing ruins a campsite faster than a trailer that shifts when you move around inside. These scissor jacks give you a stable base you can trust, adjusting anywhere from 5" to 29" with a total lift of 24". Each jack supports up to 7,500 lbs, so the pair handles heavy setups without flexing or wobbling. Once set, your trailer stays firm and level even on soft or uneven ground.

Fast, Flexible Operation: Manual Crank or Drill-Powered Drive

Whether you like turning a handle or letting a drill do the work, these jacks adapt to how you roll. The included manual crank gives you precise control, while the drill bit attachment socket lets you raise or lower both jacks quickly using a power drill. It’s a handy combo that saves time when setting up or packing out.

Stays Steady Anywhere: Bow-Tie Bases for Soft Ground

Soft dirt or loose gravel can make other jacks sink or tilt. The wide bow-tie bases on these scissor jacks spread the load evenly to keep everything stable. You’ll get a solid footing in more places without needing extra pads or boards under the feet.

Built to Last Outdoors: Steel Construction with Corrosion Protection

Exposure to rain and road grime can ruin weak metal, but these jacks are built tough. The black e-coated finish resists corrosion, and the zinc-plated screws and hardware hold up against rust season after season. The bearing set on the crank side keeps everything turning smoothly and extends the life of the mechanism, so they stay reliable through years of use.

Video Transcript for Review of etrailer Camper Jacks - Scissor Stabilizer Jacks Qty 2 - e96VV

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at these etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks. Now, these compact, user-friendly scissor jacks are gonna be a must-have to keep on your RV, your fifth-wheel, your travel trailer, horse trailer or cargo trailer to help keep them level and stable. So, when you're in your camper and you're walking around in it, sometimes it can rock back and forth. When you have these stabilizer jacks installed and in use, you're not gonna have to worry about that movement inside of your trailer when you're walking around in your trailer, so this is gonna be an essential piece of equipment to have. Now, these are going to adjust from five inches when they are fully collapsed, as I have them right now, all the way up to 29 inches when fully extended, so these are gonna give you a lift of 24 inches, and the support capacity on each jack is 7,500 pounds, so with both of these here, you're gonna get a total capacity of 15,000 pounds.

And taking a close up here, the bearing set on the crank side is going to extend the life of the jack, and as you probably saw here, a handle is included with this. So, this is gonna be very easy to use, and I just wanna give you a brief demonstration here. So, these are going to operate very smoothly, and so they're going to extend and retract very easily. And then you're also, I think this is a nice addition, you're also going to get this drill bit attachment socket that's going to let you operate the jacks with the power drill, so if you wanna make it even quicker to extend or retract these, that bit is included to hook up to your drill, so that's a really nice addition that's included here. Now, the bow-tie bases are going to keep these jacks steady, even on soft surfaces, and the holes here on the top plates are going to allow for adjustability when mounting.

Speaking of mounting, this does include the mounting screws that you see there. The front center of my table here, the screws are zinc-plated, so they're built to last. And these jacks themselves, they are powder coated in a black powder coat, so they're gonna do a great job of resisting corrosion. I think they're gonna hold up really well for you. These do have a limited lifetime warranty.

Now, again, this is gonna be for a set of two, but if you're looking for more, the good news is we do have this available in a set of four. So, with that set of four, you will get two handles and two of those drill bit sockets, so a set of four, and then if you're just needing to replace one, we do also provide this in just a quantity of one. So, whichever one's gonna work best for you, whether it's four, two, or one, we've got you covered here at etrailer.com. Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you.

Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.

just what I wounded

by:

Good quality parts at a good price

by:

Always great service.

by:

Jacks arrived in 2 days packaged professionally very heavy duty looking

by:

Good quality but only 2 of the holes line up so you have to redrill for the other 2

by:

Nice stabilizers! Way better than the junk that came with the trailer. Zinc coated acme bolt and hardware, stouter frame, great packaging. Install was easy and they work great, too!!

by:

The jacks themselves are very good. The mounting is just a tad wider than the jacks coming off, which made mounting difficult because none of the holes lined up. the instructions call for a 11/32" drill for the bolts. Don't believe it. that hole is too large and the bolts will just strip out.

by:

Smooth and easy order process, great prices, and FAST shipping!

by:

Put these on the front of a 22' foot bumper pull weighing around 7000 pounds and I think they will be a great upgrade. Much more beefy and sturdy than the original ones.

by:

So far so good. Feel stable and heavier duty than stock equipment. Pretty easy to install.

by:

Great product fast delivery.

by:

works as advertised

by:

Because the jack is wider, none of pattern holes align with current one s. Thus, drilling was required, which I had hoped to avoid.

by:

They are going to be so much better then stock

by:

order was delivered fast, installation time was less than a half hour.product better than original,I am well pleased with this product and would refer to others.

by:

very high quality.much better than the stock jacks i removed.the shipping was very fast and the packaging was reinforced to protect the items.always top notch service at etrailer...

by:

Replaced existing bad units. Very satis fied.

by:

These scissor jacks are outstanding, bumper pull camper weight is 7500 and only put them on the rear to try them out. Installed really easy, very strong compared to OEM jacks. Will order two more to replace the OEM front jacks.

by:

heavy duty construction. very well made. Have not installed yet but feel that they will be perfect for my application.

by:

Delivery was quick and just what I needed. I have not installed the jacks yet but the service was top notch. Thanks

by:

Got 2 sets for stabilizing my 24’ Class C motorhome.

by:

These are nicely made stabilizer jacks, very well made, except for one design flaw, which is they are not compatible with the BAL power-pak. Bummer I will now have to make custom brackets. The BAL brackets are 1” shaft diameter, etrailer stabilizer scissor jack has a 1.265” shaft

by:

It was easy to put on and it's very strong.I've never worried if it will fail or strip out

by:

As always, etrailer had what I needed and shipped very quickly. These stabilizer jacks were perfect replacements for the damaged ones on my Casita travel trailer.

@Eric Hey! wanted to check in to see how your trip was going? Any fun stories for the books yet?

by:

I ordered these as an overkill weight rating to install on my RV that currently has the lippert electric jacks that don't provide enough stability. I figured this would be a cheaper alternative to see if it worked to provide a little less motion in the RV when set up! I noticed the difference and didn't tell my wife, so when she got in it she immediately said "wow did you put the new jacks down" I said "yes" abd she said I feel the difference it made! So, happy wife happy life. Definitely made a difference enough to notice. Didn't stop the added motion but tremendously improved!

Working out great after a year and between these and slide out super jacks our camper sits stable and almost motionless.... Of course that does depend on the ground stability too but thats out of anyones control. Great product and I have referred them to several people to do the same thing. Electric stabilizers are bye bye in my book.

  • Scissor Jack Recommendation for 2021 Forest River Forest River Rockwood Minilite
Hey Thomas, welcome back! And thanks for all of the info you listed on your 2021 Forest River Rockwood Minilite. Based on that I would recommend going with the higher rated scissor jacks part # e96VV which are rated for 15k for the pair. Are you wanting to do just the pair of jacks or 4 total for all corners? What leveling system do you have now?

Welcome back Steve. To add a set of rear stabilizer jacks to your 2022 Wolf pack 5th Wheel Toy Hauler, I recommend our etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks w/ Handle and Drill Adapter item # e96VV. • Can Scissor Jacks be Used on Trailer to Change Spare
Hey Pier, the Scissor Jacks part # e96VV are designed really only for stabilization and a little bit of leveling. They are not designed to be used when changing a spare or to take weight off of tires when store. I am sure people do it all the time. Especially if stuck on the side of the road but that's not what they were made for. A bottle jack like the part # ALL620471 would be a better option for that.

  • Can the etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks be Used to Replace Tristar 5000 Scissor Jacks
Hey Ben! The bracket on the etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks w/ Handle and Drill Adapter # e96VV is a pretty standard one and can be bolted on or welded. I'm attaching a photo of the bolt hole dimensions in relation to each other so you can compare it to what you have. I wasn't able to find the bolt pattern for a Tristar 5000, but it should be pretty easy to compare with the specs I gave you. Do these dimensions look similar to what you have?

If you need heavy duty but not that heavy duty we have a lighter set of 2 for 15k lbs, # e96VV. They can either be raised manually with the hand crank or with the included drill bit to make it easier. What kind of trailer are you wanting...

  • Can The Lippert Quick Stabilizer Jack LC68DK Be Used On A Class C Motorhome?
Hey Josh, thanks for reaching out. For the Lippert Quick Stabilizer Jack # LC68DK, I would not recommend it as a replacement for the scissor jacks on your 2021 Jayco Redhawk 31F. While it can physically be mounted to many RV frames, it's designed primarily for towable campers to stabilize the trailer once it's parked, not for a Class C motorhome. A Class C is heavier than a typical travel trailer, and the factory scissor jacks are part of a stabilization system that's intended for that...

  • Scissor Jacks For Leveling A 2017 Coachman Freelander Class C Motorhome
Hi Gerald! Sorry to hear about your troubles with the Bigfoot system. Potentially dumb question, but has the repair shop you take your camper to tried bleeding the system? I was doing some research and this looked to be the fix for similar issues you are having. Anyway, scissor jack would definitely be a more foolproof way to go about leveling your motorhome. They are obviously not going to be as nice or easy to set up, but there is a lot less that can go wring with them too. Which is...
