Just curious if there is any quality difference/powder coat difference between Curt or Drawtite, or is it just a price difference issue? Thanks for the great and informative site.

As far as quality, all of the hitches for the 2013 Nissan Altima sedan are on par with each other. The Draw-Tite hitches (# 24796) undergoes additional voluntary testing procedures that other hitches do not. But both hitches, including Curt hitch # 11352, are built to meet or exceed required industry strength standards.
The main difference is that the Curt hitch requires the use of a stabilization strap, # 18050, for any non-trailer load such as a bike rack or cargo carrier. Curt requires the strap for their warranty on Class I, II, and some Class III hitches.
The Curt hitch also comes with a ball mount, pin, and clip. the Draw-Tite hitch does not so if you plan on doing any towing you would need to add the following parts if you go with the Draw-Tite hitch:
Ball mount # 3594
1-7/8 inch ball # 19256
2 inch ball # 19258
