I contacted the engineering team at Dutton-Lainson to obtain the precise wheel and bolt dimensions.
The wheel diameter for the DL Replacement Dual Poly Wheels, part # DL22441, is 6 inches. Each wheel measures 1.94 inches wide.
The supplied mounting bolt measures 6 inches long and 0.5 inches in diameter.
I have attached a brief video to help illustrate this part and its dimensions. I also provided a photo of this part with the various dimension indicated.
