There is no pin to connect the Air Over Hydraulic Brakes included with this seat adapter #88154 that I purchased and I did not find that part in your system.

Sounds like you are missing the part # RM-450596 to install the seat bracket adapter part # RM-88154 on your 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ.
