I need to replace the powered vent in the bathroom.and also the vent in the kitchen area

It looks like you've got a standard roof cutout that is roughly 14" x 14", so for the bathroom I recommend using the MaxxFan Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Manual Lift - 4 Speed # MA00A04401K which has 4 speed settings. If you're looking for something with a powered vent lift, the MaxxAir Mini Deluxe Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Powered - 1 Speed - Black # MA00-03851 is a great option.

For the kitchen fan you could use one of those fans above, or you could use the smaller MaxxFan Dome Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - 6" Diameter - Manual Lift - Black # MA00-03812B or # MA00-03812W (white). This fan has a 6" diameter and is ideal for kitchens

To install these fans I recommend also getting the Roof Vent Installation Kit - Sealant, Butyl Tape, Screws - White # 344270KITW, which will give you the additional tools you might need to complete the installation of these fans on your trailer.
