Recommended Helper Springs for 2012 Nissan Titan Pro-4X

Published 08/28/2020

Question:

I went with the Timbren and love them. I am going to do the front next. Do you think if I added a couple Timbren spacers in the front and back, I could raise the truck an inch or two? I am not worried about the unloaded ride. I actually like the stiffer ride better. Thanks!

I'm really glad you asked because we only have one confirmed fit for the Pro-4x model. It is the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle # TNRTTNB which is a jounce style enhancement rated for 6,000 lbs load support. It will give you a progressive support as it provides additional support as needed to increase stability while reducing body roll and vehicle sag. It will not change the factory ride when not hauling a load, but will engage as needed for payload and towing.

Great! Yes, if you want the Timbren springs to engage sooner or all the time, you can use spacers as desired. The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle # TNRTTNB will be compatible with the Timbren 1/2" Spacer for Raised Frame Vehicles # TA25722-90F00 or the Timbren 1" Spacer For Raised Frame Vehicles - 1/2" bushing # TA25723-90AD00. You will need longer M10 bolts grade 8.8 Z from a local hardware store to accommodate the difference in height when spacers are added. There is not a fit for the front of your Pro-4X model from any of our manufacturers so you may just want to add spacers to the factory jounce stops.
