Question:
I over torqued the top and side bolts. My torque wrench not Clicking at at any setting. I set it to 60 but I feel as though Ive went past it.

Best option would be to borrow or buy a known working torque wrench to verify that you are using the correct torque figures to install the Andersen Ranch Hitch # AM3100. Local auto parts stores typically will let people borrow them.
We do have the Powerbuilt Dual Drive Torque Wrench # ALL944001 which has a torque range of 10 to 150 ft lbs.
