Hello Jhon, thanks for reaching out. Both the Timbren kits you mentioned are going to fit the 2013 Toyota Tacoma. The difference is the application and the weight capacity.

The # TABSOSR are intended for off-road applications and are rated for 3,600 lbs.

The # TTORTUN4 are intended for typical on-road towing hauling application and they are rated for 6,000 lbs.

@JhonneleL Is that causing your truck to sag a lot? The Timbrens can help to prevent the sagging but they are going to make your ride super rough when you are unloaded. How often will you be towing?
