There is only one wire on my light how does that work / not a technical question, how do I connect it. Order number 109917303 code 34434600. thank you

The Peterson License Plate Light w/ Steel Mounting Bracket # PM436B grounds through it's mounting hardware so the single wire is the power wire for the light (attaches to running light circuit).
